Rustic finca in Spain on 2 levels, centrally situated in between Javea's old town and the port. In spite of the central location of the property, it offers a lot of tranquility and privacy because of the large plot with private entrance road. A typical Spanish environment is guaranteed owing to the beautifully preserved Tosca arches and walls as well as the old trees and palmtrees. This property is very suitable for several couples or 2 families as some of the bedrooms have their private terrace which is ideal if you desire some extra privacy.
During the winter months, the villa will only be let to 6 persons owing to the fact that there is no heating upstairs. The topfloor will be closed.
This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
